Carpet cleaning service is great as well. No hidden costs or fees. Slightly pricier than others but they were very precise and I believe wear booties on their shoes where as other companies wont.

I was expecting the usual reasons or excuses why services could not be done; instead their staff surprised me consistently by including services I expected to be extras or 'not possible due to policy'.
